Some of you may know Petunia’s story. Petunia was saved from slaughter with her best friend Canela from a local butcher and backyard farm. The two joined us here at the sanctuary when they were just a few months old and already big girls. It has been an honor to get to know Petunia who is always up to something and getting into everything. How could anyone look at her and see food?
